Shore Blue is a 5 piece band.  For those of you who don’t know, the guy with the hat and sunglasses is Belmar Councilman Thomas Brennan.

On the sidewalk outside the “outdoor enclosed bar/dining area” and with a full drum kit.

Someone needs to file a complaint with the local ABC board.  Oh, wait…as a Belmar Councilman, Tom Brennan is on the local ABC board!

Maybe Gene Murray will complain. Oh wait, he is only upset by the noise 2 blocks away. Across the street is fine.

Don’t expect Belmar elected officials to actually read and understand what they are approving …. especially with the “Consent Agenda” abuse.
The regime’s consent agendas are used to ram-rod-thru many matters that deserve public discussion …. and deprive residents of a voice.
Something else bothersome …. proposed resolutions don’t have numbers for identification.

9th Avenue Pier has an advertisement on the Town electronic sign at the Marina: “Open during Construction”. Are they paying for this Ad placement? If they are not paying for that placement, it should come down immediately.

Any idea how much they pay for that space on the sign ? Not disagreeing but I’m shocked that the town doesn’t give them that for free since its on town property and they get everything else they want

I know they are supposed to pay. I don’t know if they actually did pay but nothing would surprise me.

Did a helicopter really land on Belmar property yesterday? We now allow private helicopters to land in Belmar? Permits?

Check this site out it lists all the towns that have filed and comply with the pay to play law. Guess which municipality is missing from the state list. How convenient, gee we didn’t know it was an oversight. Believe that i have a bridge to sell.
