Nothing but a waste of our precious tax dollars. I’m sure this one cost a lot of over time.

Gene Creamer: i need to pick your brain. Can incoming voltage from pole to AC unit drop to 202 and fry a RUDD High Efficency AC condenser? I’m asthmatic and without AC since Friday. Waiting for JCP&L. NjRHome services responded today, changed fuses but the condrnser fan it stopped within 1/2 hour. Could 16th between Ocean and A be on a Commercial grid?

This is one of my installs. Everyone needs to watch over their property. I know this is nothing big but the headaches it saved shouldn’t be overlooked. I am always willing to help any Belmar resident with an install or advice. Just get in touch with me.

Yes,I would most certainly be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge that this incident would not have turned out the way it did had it not been for the excellent job Jim did in installing the camera system.
    Thanks Jim

#9: Gene:xoxo.Incoming JCP&L Voltage has fluctuated at my meter from 198 to 211 since 2009 and thereafter every 6 months since THE installed the entire BCc system within the 5 year warranty period. When approaching that five year warranty expiration i demanded a replacement as the Rudd high efficiency was defective I believed. Miraculously, an in house RUDD technician came out, analyzed and replaced a circuit board. Then the Voltage wasn’t an issue for 2 years straight plus after Neutral replaced on my roof. Now we are back to every 6 months shut down of the RUDD Condenser as a result of incoming low voltage. Evidently High Energy systems (recommendations from THE Home Services) have an automatic off when there’s low voltage. Now the earliest a new sales human can come out to review my needs 7/30. today I’m off to Costco to buy window ACs so i can breathe.

JCP&L.Still hasn’t given me or our neighbors a disposition on their low voltage delivery on 16th Avenue between Ocean and A Streets. My ears are bleeding from hanging on the phone for days trying to reach techs, supervisors, managers, Engineers, anyone who can resolve their failure to deliver adequate energy. My Electrician said don’t give up. Next is my attorney. Board of Public Utilities?
