5th AVENUE PAVILION COSTS. Back to reality folks. The Havens and Hampton’s site was built at approximately $125. per Sq ft.
Even if we factored construction costs at an outrageous $400. per Sq ft the cost of the 5000 sq ft 5th Avenue Pavilion should cost us $2,000,000. FEMA and insurance compliance factored into equation. The Engineering reserve per the administration was what????? 1 million dollars? Competitive contractors with successful records locally say it can be done with fiscally responsibility.
