There are no black lifeguards on Belmar beach. There should be black lifeguards, no matter if they can swim or not. Diversity is much more important than lives.
I fail to see how this posting relates to the title of the blog “common Sense for Belmar”. Since my name is listed at the top of the blog for this election year, I feel I have the right to say that this is not the place. Those who my want to learn more about this case have a wealth of information available without it being “aired” here. This is professed to be the truth , or actual facts…..why here? Lets keep it Belmar related please, at least for the next few months.
Sorry, Tom. While the blog is slanted towards local issues, I do write about national and state stuff from time to time. In this case most of the media is propagating lies that must be answered as loudly and from as many people as possible.
We are seeing a major attack on our system of justice not only from the street, but from the highest officials in the country. I fear a brutal future for my children if these people are allowed to succeed.
I am not taking a stand on the issues here at all, what I am saying is, that no matter what you think and feel about this the heading of the blog does say Burke & Schneck for Council. I just am not comfortable airing this issue but I do acknowledge your right to say what you feel.Me too.
