Grandfathering? What a mess society has become. If the artificial turf was and remains illegal then it’s ILLEGAL! Can we all build additional stories onto our homes illegally and then plead to the council for “grandfathering”?

    Turf =
    No fertilizers
    No lawn mowers
    No edgers
    No weeds
    No weed wackers
    No noise
    No gas
    Zero maintenance
    Always green
…and it is installed the same way as brick pavers like driveways and patios. If you outlaw turf, then outlaw brick pavers!!!

Maybe ask Campbell why the hell he uses a municipal vehicle to go get a workout in ? Last I heard that wouldn’t be considered official duty.

Katrina, anything to obviate the DONKEY in the room. Of course, it’s the 37 MILLION DOLLARS we all owe.

Can you imagine the lenders taking into account the actual debt load we really have in getting resident loans?

When the government starts paying your property taxes, then and only then should they tell you how to decorate your house. They should however have the right to regulate appearance of some of the new unusually taxed buildings going up in Belmar because they are in some way getting subsidized by the Belmar tax payers.
