    2. May 2016 thru August 2016 – property improvements were performed in anticipation of Senator Booker visit.
    3. December 2016 – Realty Appraisal Company sets appraisal at $1,423,400.

    Instead of improvements, it appears the property was damaged at least $2.6K since April 2016.
