Belmar Is A Campaign Contribution

First Belmar’s garbage truck is a campaign contribution:

Then Belmar’s office supplies, staff and postal meter are campaign contributions:

Borough Council meeting = campaign event (“Wear your T-shirts”)

Town Bonfire = campaign event (“Wear your T-shirts”)

D’Jais’ charity? Bash for Cash = campaign event (“Wear your T-shirts”)

These people actually think that our town is here for them.

So. If you are a Belmar resident and want to participate in events you have to support the Mayor? It is so distressing to think the residents are being so pressured. So what? Don’t go to the bonfire unless you are a democrat Doherty supporter? Are all town events set up to fund raise for democrats and the Mayor? This is frightening. They think they own this town. Please people, don’t reward this behavior by your vote. Belmar SHOULD belong to all of us.

The Belmar Democratic Committee should be ashamed of themselves for politicizing any town or charitable event. Disgusting

Their “bonfire” will be nothing – hardly more than a kitchen fire. Let me set up a bonfire and then you’ll see a real fire that’ll be seen from Philly.

They forgot the senior luncheon at D;Jai’s on Wed. the 23rd. This has always been a campaign stop.

Do we really want to live in a town like this? Can we afford to sell our homes? Can we elect new borough leaders?
