So you will still be able to bring your own refreshments and sit on the quasi pubic property aspect of the pavilion outside on the decking like outside cafe seating granted elsewhere in Belmar?

The decking on the north end of the 5th Avenue Pavilion will most likely be part of the restaurant, like before the storm that wrecked the building. Bring your own refreshments and you will probably be kicked off. I wonder if someone brought his own refreshments and sat at the tables on Pyanoe Plaza outside Brandl when it was open would be welcome. The plaza is public, however…the restaurant makes money outside the building on public property. That does not seem right. I never tried that and don’t know for a fact what would happen.

Of course you should be able to use the shelter of the Pavillion and refresh yourself and your children out of the heat and boiling sun in a shelter that cost more than 4.1 million dollars to the Borough.
