This is what Camden really needs:

Camden will never be a tourist attraction, and besides, tourist attractions only increase our wealth if foreigners come to them.  If only locals visit these attractions, then whatever revenues they generate is equal to the net loss of wealth by their visitors.  No value is added.  Only productive enterprises like factories increase our wealth overall.

If we want to make the residents of Camden wealthier then we must allow wealth to be generated in Camden.

Eliminate federal and state income taxes for anyone willing to live in Camden.  Eliminate corporate profits tax for all businesses in Camden.  Exempt Camden from Obamacare.  I guarantee within a decade or two Camden is the wealthiest city in the state, if not the country.
