So who is the guy with zero taste, Matt or the architect? this is hideous. ChefsInternational, is ripping off the town this building won’t be worth anything in 30 years or 59 years.

Why are we letting them build a nightclub when the plan was for a banquet hall?

Someone should ask all these business

Does anyone know if Belmar received additional money from Chef’s International now that the 9th Avenue Pier has acquired approximately 1,000 square feet behind the gas dock? (They were allowed to expand this past summer).
    Thanks!

Go to the damn planning board meeting tonight. Chef’s did not pay the $300,000 to the town by the end of 2014 due as part of their contractual agreement to construct and operate this business. They are walking away with our assets while Matt is reaping all the benefits. Sad, that piece of garbage construction will be built and viewed by all as they enter our town from the south.

They were supposed to pay $350,000 fee to the town by December 31 2014. I would hope that fee has been paid.

When do the turtle races start at the new Marina bar?

    Ugly, ugly building!

The town should have a moratorium on any future bars, for at least a decade.

How many people were arrested for drunk driving in Belmar in the past year?????
