Wouldn’t it be fair to know who are all of the owners of the property at 9th Avenue and Main Street. Or is it just an acceptable practice for numerous persons to be vailed by an LLC name and spokesperson?

#1- How dare you ask that information under an anonymous name (Guest). You will make others on this blog(that have admitted to using anonymous names before) upset that you want that information.

#1- Did you in fact do any research? Or take any time to find out who the LLC members are?

For one- applications are done by way of the property owner, or if the property owner gives permission to another to make an application. But either way the property owner acknowledges and signs off. Look at all Land Use application forms.

If an LLC owns a piece of property it has to be the LLC making the application because they are the land owners.

If you look at the Land Use application form there is a page which lists members of the LLC. Notwithstanding the LLC is the applicant.

In the event you wanted to determine who an owner of an LLC is you simply go to the State’s website and look it up.

If you wanted to know a current owner of a property you can simply go to the county clerks website and easily search.

So much more out on the internet then just complaining and typing on the blog about not getting spoon fed information.

Maybe you dont own businesses, were never part of a land use application and are not familiar with these resources and forms. But you can easily verify the information I am sharing with you.

On the other hand if a member of the LLC put their name as the individual applicant to any of these land use applications the next attack from the majority of you on here would say THE FORM SAYS OWNER THEY AREN’T THE OWNER THEY CAN NOT MAKE THE APPLICATION THE LLC IS THE OWNER.

I doubt these LLC’s that are willing to invest and risk big dollars are scared of their names being associated with their LLC’s.

wouldnt it be fair for you to attempt to get real facts and understand the process before starting rumors for no reason.

Final comment to you— an LLC has members not owners and thy do not have a spokesperson

Obtaining an LLC and using that name instead of your own and posting here anonymously: both permitted.

#1 what possible difference would it make if everyone knew who the investors are.

Unless there is no house currently at 124 inlet terrace the assessment went down by over $400k post sandy To $420K. Zillow shows the value of this home at almost $2.2 million. Looks like the tax payers of Belmar are getting screwed as 124 Inlet terrace isn’t paying their fair share

#7…maybe find better, more accurate sources for your info before looking foolish. A simple search of Monmouth County records show 124 Inlet to be assessed at $2.3mm. So, I guess Belmar is only getting screwed by having uninformed people like you on their voter rolls.

A short time ago that property was just a lot. You’d have to wait for the tax records to be updated to see what they’ll pay.

took a walk on the beach this morning, as other have said before, dogs are running around everywhere unleashed. Feces on every beach. I even saw a poop bag filled with poop left on the beach. What happened to the integrity of our beautiful beach? I wish there was some kind of enforcement like Avon has, with their ocean ave sign not allowing unleashed dogs. Very unsanitary

#12 Nothing ‘new’ about people letting their dogs crap all over the place. People have been doing that since the dawn of canine domestication.

#7 It is my understanding that once a temporary CO is issued, the house is taxed at the new rate. There is a tax adjustment made at the end of the year. This house may have received their temporary CO in the first quarter and as such, they will probably receive a hefty tax bill very soon.

The developer is irreverent. If you have a problem with the project, whether it’s the size, the scope, or the location…it is a matter for the council and the board. Developers develop. If you want to put an addition on your house or install a pool or put up a fence or whatever… your address and identity do not (and should not) matter. These cases should be decided based on their comportment with the law and nothing else.
