Ron Nowack, V.P. Business Development, Maser Engineering made another failed attempt last night for a Belmar energy”savings” scheme. Last summer Ron wrote the letter for Maser that was sent to every household just prior to the Bond referendum vote.

There was a I believe a lawsuit with penalties by the state of NJ vs. an energy company. They claim to lower the electric costs but NONE of them guarantee Savings!

Does everyone understand the slimy way the mayor describes the meters on the west side of Ocean Ave. “We aren’t changing that.” What he means is the ordinance says I can put them there without changing the ordinance, not that I’m not going to put them there.

The best thing about last night was that guy tripping over the microphone. Maybe next meeting we can have one of the old dog acts. Remember when the finale would have the dogs jumping through the rings of fire (of course the firemen would be there in case the dogs fur caught on fire – I do believe in safety). I always loved that.

Maser needs a way to milk the Belmar Cow …. did the $1M pavilion plans turn into paper? ….
They can always bill the Belmar taxpayer for a sidewalk survey & RFP …. an electric aggregation scheme …. or a revised redevelopment plan by Dave Roberts that won’t survive legal scrutiny …. again.

Does anyone know if #3 “Guest” comment is accurate?
