Anyone out there know whether this affects allocation of parking revenues and pavilion construction costs between the beach utility and the municipality?  Anyone with the initials K.P.?

from only the newspaper coverage …. it appears that the Court found a stewardship vacuum with respect to Public Trust Doctrine …. and wants Trenton legislative action.
NJDEP Commissioner Martin says they will appeal …. and should be well positioned …. inasmuch as the Tidelands Resource Council was established by law, etc.
And now for the good news!
If the matter is kicked-over to our elected officials in Trenton …. watch them foam at the mouth for a new State revenue stream …. bye-bye municipal beaches.
