   Belmar is a bar crawl for the entire summer, unregulated and a nightmare for a lot residents. This was a fund raiser for the hungry and an opportunity for bar and restaurant employees to make some extra money in the off season. Is the real issue a permit? Or, is the fact that Matt is trying to exert power over Shore Point Distrubitor? It seems to me, he is not supporting local businesses!
