The Government Records Council meeting that was postponed Tuesday is now scheduled to be held tomorrow:

To all parties:

This is to notify you that the above-mentioned complaint filed with the Government Records Council (“GRC”) has been tentatively scheduled for adjudication at the Council’s December 20, 2013 public meeting.  Meetings commence at10:30 a.m. at the Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”) offices located at 101 South Broad Street in Trenton, New Jersey.  Parties are not required to attend the meeting, as testimony regarding complaints is not permitted.  The Council’s adjudication is based solely on the written submissions provided to the Council.

Please note that the scheduling of this complaint on the December 20, 2013 agenda is tentative.  Agendas are subject to change at the Council’s discretion.  Draft agendas are available on the GRC’s website at The GRC will disseminate written notification of the Council’s decision in this matter to all parties simultaneously within 5-10 business days of the meeting.
