I keep trying the chant the Belmar Dems slogan, “its people, Not Politics.” However it does get increasingly more difficult. This is why I hated paying union dues. They would take my money and spend it on something like a political race in a distant town ( no benefit to me ). After last year’s election-all this scammed money only bought half the votes. Therefore, in 2016, I guess they will have to spend more of other people’s money to get 25% of the votes. But its OK because its other peoples money.

In a totally related story- former union boss and Dem power player Buzzy Dressel ordered to pay back his electrical workers union almost $40,000. he stole and gave to his girlfriend-. So it is people not politics after all.

There’s some funneling “Finegan” and it’s not his Wake that’s being funded.

The real scam that is being foisted on young men and women: Apprentice workshops provide lunches to keep the “Apprentice” from drinking during their breaks. What about the example system? Is it broken or are their no role models to aspire to within a trade?
Put Industrial Art classes back in the High School system to teach usable skills in the trades to talented students and also at the night school and community college levels.

#9 – Good idea, but don’t allow the schools to have any part of it. Let the students go to academic classes in the morning and to the trade in the afternoon. Only have experienced tradesmen teaching trades. You won’t find that type of person inside a school.

My Dad, the late F. ALEX TICHENOR, was a very respected Woodshop Teacher at Manasquan High School. Over the years many people have commented about the positive impact and confidence my Dad made in their lives. He had been a successful builder in Union, Monmouth and Ocean counties before he received his Masters Degree in Education. It’s a disgrace that Industrial Arts are not available in school systems. Our youths need to hone their positive skillsets in their formative teens.
