D’Jais Bad News

In yesterday’s mail:

scan-1

Sementa, Conner and Luddecke should have simply said that in order to comply with state law they need to charge for drinks.  That’s all.  (I’m pretty certain the mandate already existed and that the state ABC didn’t create it at this “one resident’s” request.)  But they wanted everyone to know that this was the fault of one very bad person, apparently the only person in Belmar who is against breaking the law even when its for “the residents”.

That’s great news. Glad to here that they’re being “forced” to make a charitable contribution. It seems like the only contributions D’jais has been making lately have been to the Monmouth County Democrats.(thousands of dollars).

They did not have to charge a dollar to be in compliance with the law. They could have charged a penny, just as long as it was not free. I am happy however that the BFD and the BFA will be recieving the proceeds.

I remember the Cryan’s, Erin Hotel, 4th & A, charged $1., for all you could drink in one hour on Sundays. No one left the bar all day.

So because a resident supposedly called the state they are now mandated ??? Odds are they were always mandated. Follow the law and you wouldn’t have a problem. BTW- good job stroking BELMARTIANS and then telling them it’s because of one of them that you need to charge. Classy move.

I’ve always found this “thank you party” insulting! Free food and a few beers doesn’t pay for the damage the clientele does around the neighborhood, or the quality of life my family suffers through! I would never go to this event, free drinks or not! But, I couldn’t agree more…Belmartian’s (which I also find insulting) is spelled wrong, and calling out an unnamed person, for correctly calling you out, is just poor form! Can you imagine what they would say if part of “the element” did that???

Add the houses on your block then compare Djais’ taxes of approximately $52000., per year?

And you require how many services on a weekly basis compared to Djais? It’s essentially a case business with charity write offs on THEIR taxes. Just a joke. You figure it out.

Their property taxes are actually being lowered to $48,000 this year. 4 beautiful homes on that property would be taxed approximately $86,000 in total and would use significantly less services from the borough.

What is ridiculous is that their taxes are $48K a year!!! Only in NJ would someone pay that much in property tax.
