Update…Louisiana has joined the lawsuit and SCOTUS has put it on the docket which means they intend to hear it.
This hasn’t gone on long enough for you guys? This will be rejected just like all the others and just like the SCOTUS rejected the Pennsylvania lawsuit today.
Please just accept that Trump lost. It’s gone from let’s placate the man to a national embarrassment. Seriously. It’s a waste of time and money.

Even though we’ve been entertaining this for over a month, I’ll indulge you all some more. We wouldn’t do this for any other person on the planet (imagine if Biden lost the electoral college AND the popular vote yet refused to concede. Please post the evidence. Please post any evidence at all. Now there have been over three dozen suits that have been thrown out of court. Most of the suits actually didn’t charge that there was any fraud at all, just that voting by mail is bad and should therefore not count. However, this is your platform, admin. Show us. Show us how the democrats and some republicans worked in conjunction to pull off the biggest crime of the century. Here is a list of things that don’t count as evidence as per the constitution and precedent law:

And other stories that are unsupported by actual corroboration or facts
I know it sucks that you can’t present any of the above as credible evidence, but believe me, it wouldn’t suck if you were the one being charged with something. We are, thank God, still a country of laws.
So, let us have it. Post all the evidence that shows a massive, coordinated effort to somehow steal votes only from Trump while giving more to Biden. But please, treat this like a court of law. In other words you can’t produce things like a person who talked to a friend in PA that swears she saw a mail truck driven into the Schuylkill River and she’s pretty sure it was filled with Trump ballots. No stuff like that please. I’ll make it easy, you only have to produce the evidence in battleground states. Hell, lets make it just PA MI and GA. You have the floor, and, because of the pesky constitution, you also have the burden of truth. Have at it.

There were those on the right that literally said ‘he’s not my president’. Bumper stickers, chants at protests, etc. There was even a movement claiming that he was a Muslim, a terrorist, and not born in the US. McConnell said, and I quote, “The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president”. He said that during an interview nearly two years into Obama’s first term. So all things being equal, that means that McConnell and the republicans are all American Traitors. Right? Or are you suggesting that one side is allowed to be critical of a president but another side is not allowed. God I hope that’s not what you’re saying. It does reek of tin pot dictatorship, so it makes sense that you’d feel that way.

Trump’s immigration policy separated nearly 600 children from their families. Who does that? How can that be justified? The word is out that reuniting them is almost an impossibility.

This “lawsuit’ was never intended to win. I’m assuming those of you on here that supported it, haven’t read it. It doesn’t allege any serious fraud. It mostly contends that the other states, states Trump lost, have unconstitutional voting laws. So Texas, a state that prides itself on independence, wants to change the laws in other states. That is pretty hypocritical. I don’t think Texas would be too happy if another state tried to change it’s laws and I can’t imaging any republican or libertarian being ok with one state telling another state how to behave.
But like I said, this was never intended to win. Any first year law student could see that. It was intended to sew mistrust in our election system. And it was a pretty obvious plea from Texas AG Paxton for a pardon from Trump. Paxton is currently dealing with a federal criminal investigation. I guess the silver lining is that Trump may have inadvertently pulled off the biggest voter suppression scam in the history of out country. His supporters no longer trust the system, so now maybe they’ll stop voting. That’s what the eastern philosophers call karma.

As is hate, fear, greed, anger, etc. We have been through the ringer as a country. We’ve had our democracy tested to it’s limits and it held (or is currently holding). Over the last four years we have witnessed a top down erosion of compassion. It has been replaced with hubris, conceit, greed, and dishonesty. I am very grateful that it is nearly over.

94-Belmar School is an excellent place for learning.Students receive the basics, go on to places of higher learning, an lead successful lives. We’ve had Belmar School students place in the top ten academically in area high schools. Excellent instructors teach our Belmar students on a daily basis. All schools and faculties in NJ are required to achieve and uphold certain standards. Throwing rocks and climbing trees are not in the curricula at Belmar School, as you once suggested.

Take the post of #97 for my reference. What he doesn’t understand about “law” is that law is not a static thing. Law moves and pulsates. At the end of everything, it comes down to the letter of the law and the spirit of the law. Our people these days can only deal in the letter of the law (they’re conditioned to do so through the new manner of living) because they lack experience to do otherwise because of their inexperience. They have never tested themselves as men and have set up a concept of life that physical comfort is all that life is about. Then there’s that part of the law that is the spirit of the law which is just as important as the letter. When a person[s] violate this spirit of the law, it is a crime just as much as the criminal robbing a bank.

I’ll talk about the illegal aliens for a bit. They come here illegally, reside here illegally, work here illegally, take/steal our benefits illegally and even the act of copulation actually is a criminal act that results in issue/children. The child born here therefore cannot be and is not a citizen because he/she is the issue of a long line of illegal activities in gross violation of our laws. Of course, our leadership validates their actions because they’re prisoners of the letter of the law through their inexperience.

I’m part of the problem myself. I saw how people were changing and didn’t understand what I was seeing. I would have thought it was amusing if what I saw men doing and not doing in my trade wasn’t so serious/dangerous. The men had less and less physical, mental and emotional ability to do the work each day. Their focus became dollars. I just wasn’t able to understand what was happening until now. Now I understand fully and am roundly condemned which doesn’t bother me.

Most of the American children (born in the US) of Spanish cultures learn English very quickly. This has been my experience as a longtime educator.
