    IT CAN’T BE LEGAL! Bond Ordinance 2012-15 passed on Dec. 3, 2012 was 20 million to be used just for “reconstruction of boardwalk and cleaning up the beachfront PERIOD. That Belmar is issuing these past two years more bonds to pay for legal settlements that HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH the beachfront and or the boardwalk is a violation of bond law and the full faith and trust of the property owners whose efforts and properties are the collateral for the borrowing.

    Maser and Northgrave payment is up-to-date. Epic is finally being paid for March billing. Seems their “bidder fatigue” is turning into “payer fatigue”
