Arnone: Deal a “home run” for County, “has absolutely nothing to do with the election”…..“mind-boggling that this is even a subject.”
Losing Democrats took more!

Belmar Dems take $7200 from Operating Engineers,
pay $8000 for “field consulting”.

From the Crossroads’ web site, here is a description of their “field operations”:
I didn’t notice $8000 worth of that stuff going on in Belmar but in any case in order to comply with Belmar’s conflict of interest law they shouldn’t be paying for that stuff to be done on behalf of any Belmar candidates. Maybe it was being done to help Matt?
**UPDATE:
I missed this October report:
Another $7700 from the unions and another $4000 to Crossroads.

WOW! …. Belmar Dems spent at least $3 per voter on trash.
What a disgrace that paid political consultants from Washington DC are even involved in Belmar’s local elections. What has become of our town and who is behind all of this?
Grassroots participation in elections is dead. How many envelopes did you fill and seal in the last election? Instead of your neighbors involvement in the campaign it was the machine that did your work and deprived you and othets of your enthusiasm and involvement. Think about it.
#3 – Good point, but no one can/will deprive me of my enthusiasm in that what I do isn’t done anymore – putting one foot in front of the other.
Good job explaining things Tom. The bums will NOT deprive us of our rights to fight for what we believe.
Tom you were spectacular during this past November election. Thank you for your service.
