That’s mild! Readers maybe start videoing at 2 am. Or like last night at 1130 pm when two cops cars blasting to 17th for a fight. All you south Enders really need to start taking pics if the mayhem! Or the screaming cursing sex and puking.

Admin, in all honesty.. Having that tent blocking the sidewalk, isn’t that going against the American Disabilities Act? What if a bystander tried going down the sidewalk in a wheel chair?

If someone wanted to, could a citizen’s complaint be filed and these pictures be used as evidence?

I’m sure the tent is some kind of violation.

The tables / benches at the food court between 16 & 17 always block part of the side walk like this too.

    The town doesn’t do anything….

U guys are missing the point. The whole town is selective enforcement. Shameful. The powers to be should all go

Me likA the Videographer too. A picture shows a thousand words and if your smart the audio will capture the creeps just like the police body cameras are supposed to function and be made as the evidence part of the complaint.

So my daughter went to DJs with a few of her friend and was waiting in a long line. A girl came by representing DJs and said that if they paid $20 they could cut the line which they did. Once they reached the front of the line they were told each guy had to give each answer and additional $20 to get in which they did. And then everyone had to pay a $20 cover charge.

So let me get this straight. The side walk is Belmar borough property and D’Jais had a tent extending across the entire front of the building with support poles in the middle of our sidewalk? Clearly a violation with our Belmar PD standing right there watching it and the noise violation go on all night? What if one of their drunk patrons trips and falls on one of the poles and hurts themselves? Assuming they could sue the borough of Belmar since the town allowed D’Jais to place it there. Does anyone know? Also is the enforcement of something like this the responsibility of the PD OR the Code Enforcement officer?
