    Either way this will cost the town a bunch of money. I say let this go to trial and have all those being sues come testify: McDirty, Colleen, council and so on and so on. We might as well get some vindication out of this costly episode.

    Town would be crazy to not try and get this done once and for all. Everyone knows the Harmons were screwed and were Doherty/Puppet Huisman whipping boys because they wanted to encroach on Chefs waterfront monopoly. This will cost the town millions but could be seven figures if they let it go on.
