Uh… Just ran out of aspirins. This is not good. Thought NJ had strict gun control laws? Guess that doesn’t work. What time does Rite Aid open?

@Old Man.. no border walls between states which is why we need common sense federal laws.

I don’t believe this story. Handguns are illegal in NJ without a license so this story must be fake.

Everyone know that when you pass gun control laws it stops criminals from getting guns, so either this gun was legal and she shouldn’t have been arrested or this story didn’t happen.

If someone is willing to commit murder, does anyone believe that not being able to purchase a firearm “legally” will be the deterrent that changes their behavior?

The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

Gun laws stop good guys from getting guns.

Gun bans never make us safer. James Holmes picked the Aurora movie theater because it was a “gun free” zone.

#5 – Sir/Madam, You just don’t understand how things wurk here in our state. The entire idea about guns is to put a bill through Trenton to make the gun also liable for the crime. We will be the first state to put inadament objects on trial. I can just see all our lawyers/judges/bailiffs/court janitors, etc. giving each othur high fives. Then of course, if convicted, the guns wood have to be sentenced to prison, etc. – life is gudd.

#5- No debate from me. I carry whenever possible and am always willing to confront danger if needed. I wish more people were given the opportunity to carry in this state.

The Governor is going to drastically raise the fees for ID cards and purchase permits thereby depriving poor people of their constitutional 2nd amendment right as well as their ability to defend themselves. In addition the Governor has State Troopers armed with 15 round mags guarding him 24/7 whenever he wants it. Doesn’t seem fair.
