If the Harmons win the case, does all money come from Belmar, or do any individually named defendants have to pay.
#3 I’m going to guess the insurance company pays and Belmar faces major increase in insurance rates.
Check to see if Belmar indemnifis each individually named defendant who are embroiled in the RICO allegations. Commission of conspiracy crimes usually not cover ed but then again Cooleen has an in on Insurance table.
They should all be fired! They should never be allowed to hold a public position again! And Chefs should lose their lease! And some should be put in jail….sickening!
Belmar taxpayers will continue to pay legal defense costs, insurance deducts and increased premiums … these defendants appear immune to personal liability (retired, gov’t jobs, etc)
of course, if a defendant works for a public traded company … their employer may show them the door.
I agree with $6, they should all be fired. Especially our “acting” police chief with his cronies making thousands and thousands in overtime.
Considering that D’Jais is very much involved in this, one would think that they should help cover the legal fees
