Federal judge grants motions to dismiss on some causes of action…..

 

But not on First Amendment Complaint:

 

 

This means the Harmons can move forward with all their charges and make their case for full compensation and legal expenses.

    Check to see if Belmar indemnifis each individually named defendant who are embroiled in the RICO allegations. Commission of conspiracy crimes usually not cover ed but then again Cooleen has an in on Insurance table.

    Belmar taxpayers will continue to pay legal defense costs, insurance deducts and increased premiums … these defendants appear immune to personal liability (retired, gov’t jobs, etc)
    of course, if a defendant works for a public traded company … their employer may show them the door.
