If Menendez gets to litigate in Washington, can Summit residents who have 2nd homes in Belmar have their cases moved to Union County instead of Monmouth?
Unless Im missing something it appears that the NJ state ethics laws are not applicable to municipal government. That should be changed it appears the Municipal ethics laws are very weak and vague.
