    A few years ago the Farhats on 7th ave had their tiny dog attacked. Connie was so upset and the people just left . I searched 7 th ave for weeks looking for the couple walking that dog. I believe Mrs.Burusian lives up the street in the same vicinity. Completely disgusting. Many dog owners do not even have leashes on them ,especially when permitted on the beach. Did they catch the dog or notify the owners?
