Maybe we can still build some MODEST buildings up there and sell the naming rights. There could be the “Hang Ten” Pavilion, and maybe the “Ron Jon” Pavilion, or maybe Coppertone or Speedo Pavilions. As long as we keep it beachy and not approach banks or insurance companies, it could be kept fairly tasteful.
Of course someone would have to explain this to Mrs. Taylor………..

Seems to me you made this suggestion earlier this year. It probably is a good idea, and would help the finance yet let the borough retain control.
