No Parking, no parking and, oh by the way, NO parking in Belmar back then? Will the No parking in Belmar be the new redevelopment mantra?

Read the order closely. Pretty clear to me that you can’t force the commercial property owners even with golden carrots until they are ready. We are just wasting money with this administration. This is not DETROIT it’s Belmar with a thriving beach and used to be beautiful Marina with views not the monstrosity that’s on the highway. Actually the view of the marina while driving was traffic calming in and of itself. Now it’s like driving past an industrial complex in the Meadowlands.

What is going on with those pavilions? I have never seen a contactor progress this slowly unless they are not getting paid timely. Hopefully the contract between the town and Epic had specific milestones and delivery dates. If so, Belmar should request reimbursement for not meeting those dates. Change orders go both ways!!!

Marina bldg is a monstrosity… ruins the waterfront vibe of the marina

Why doesn’t Belmar build something constructive like a state of the art, large library to attract families

You people don’t like the marina building ? Here’s something to think about then- the new Taylor pavilion is the SAME SIZE ! Get ready to look at that same ugliness up on our beautiful beach.

Re #4 – I always thought it would be nice to leave the current library as the children’s library and add a 2nd floor to the municipal building as a modern library.

Repelling team on the BPD have enough three/four story homes to contend with already. Are all commercial buildings now gonna have multiple stories?

What’s going on at that brewery anyway? I have never seen them shipping out beer. In fact, that joint is never jumping, in my opinion.
