I hope the county Republican party doesn’t put a candidate up against him. I know that’s not nice and he will do more damage as a Freeholder, but the good thing is he won’t be able to concentrate his stupidity solely on Belmar. He’ll have to spread his idiocy throughout the county. Vote for Matt.

I think he has a better chance of winning the power ball than getting elected freeholder. If perchance he gets in he better learn what ethics is or he will be out on his kiester faster than you can say Belmar. County and State ethics will not put up with Belamr’s mayor and council problems.

Let’s face it. Matt has always used Belmar for his future aspirations. The man never saw a camera or news reporter he didn’t like. No different than most politicians I suppose. Though our previous Mayor and Jim Bean if he had been elected were only interested in us. The sad part for we residents is when he goes we will be left holding the debt bag that he created for he own political aspirations.

I hate to correct you Katrina. There is a classic exception- MSNBC 2 interviews with the less-than-truthful Matt -Steve Kornacki Show- re: Bridgegate. If I were Serena Di Maso and Tom Arnone, I would use it in their campaign ads.

A political clubhouse on the beach is the priority …. a public safety building is not important.

South end residents, load up on sandbags. The mayor can fiddle on the beach at Fifth Avenue while your neighborhood floods. How’s that pipe project going? I thought it would have been installed already.

The good voting citizens who actually reside in Belmar didn’t care about parking when they voted yes in November. We have garages and parking who cares about the paean. Djais-ville has parking and on the cusp of a deal with SISS
