   Sorry I apologize,A judge does not own 10th ave. guess it was a rumor years ago ,according to CSB in an old article the license has a co owner Kerry McAteer, wife of Brian who is VP of a company in Eatontown. I presume they are just given favors because they are all nice people. Belmar should be equally nice to all.
