I wish J.E. Hannon could sue the individuals who bungled this by refusing to play by the rules. Instead we get to pay it. So much fun being reminded on a regular basis how much $$ I’m paying for their folly.

My opinion: If Maser wants to stay out of court, they could give Belmar back the $600,000 that they were paid prematurely. Doherty could give Maser much work in Atlantic City to pay them back, after all, they were a Belmar Buddy. By suing the other guys, Maser could be forced to testify and bring the Connelly/Doherty shenanigans into the light. Maser was in charge of the job as town engineers and part of that deal was to inspect the work. Wait and see – things could become very interesting.

As with the Salt suit, you will see some sort of settlement that will cost you and me dearly. Why not go to trial you ask?? Well that would cause the embarrassing and possibly criminal testimony from Cone Man, former Cone man Palmisano, Doherty, Colleen and so on along with present officials. As you can see from the past, refusing to cut budgets, this admin. doesn’t have the sack to force this to trial. Hence, open your pocketbook one more time. And if you think insurance companies will pay for this crap without any effect on your taxes, guess again.
