It wasn’t just group of residents that filed this lawsuit. How does the mayor explain that non-residents are part of this ? He doesn’t ! Not even mentioned.

fugeddaboudit, The main issue here is Matt is gaining weight. Look at how the button is pulling his jacket. This will lead to a whole new level of Matt comments. I of course, being the sensitive person that I am will defend him to the best of my ability against all fat jokes.

Non residents filed the lawsuit too. Matt is such an idiot. He has been unlawfully moving funds around within the budget for years. THAT is the only reason for the lawsuit and the residents should be thankful there are watchdogs guarding spending in Belmar. You just CAN’T use cash from the Beach Utility Fund as a loan. What is it going to take for the mayor to understand that concept.

#4. Don’t fool yourself. Colleen knows EXACTLY what is going on there at all times. Why do you think she is the Borough Administrator? So she can back up and cover up anything Matt wants done.

The mayor does not admit mistakes. He will invent whatever story he wishes to justify his policies. And why was the borough clerk’s husband handed a job? The Claudios have to stay quiet; their livelihoods are at stake if they talk too much.

Honestly, even if I knew that to be true I would be in favor of giving people a second chance, particularly for offenses that don’t involve theft or violence.
