   Off course they (Brian/Janice) used the happy hour sign at anchor tavern as their back drop. Probably their back room headquarters for meetings and planning. Wanna guess where they are planning there victory party? The only thing that they have been responsible for is being on the losing end of bad decision making and losing lawsuits with more to come. I hope the people of Belmar see that and vote for Mark and Josh on Tuesday. If not God help us
