#1… I know meaning of Declaratory Judgement. Now it forces all parities involved to lawyer-up. But when the law suits start, during the discovery phase, a review of all building permits will be conducted. The findings well be very interesting, we will finally understand how this was approved. That marina is not a safe facility and is also an eyesore to the community.

I found it rediculous that the town was passing out plastic Easter bunny themed bags to the children that atttended the town sponsored egg hunt yesterday. And all the eggs were plastic too. Do as we say residents and business owners, not as we do!

To properly winterize a boat for storage the gas tank must be filled so that condensation in the tank does not occur. There are at least 100 boat stored for the winter at that facility with each boat having approximately a 200 gallon gas tank. Do the math, that’s 20,000 gallons of gas sitting in the backyard of the neighboring properties.

We only worry about plastic bags when a ‘for profit’ entity is giving them out.
Coming soon, thousands of plastic bags and beach balls at the Tourist Booth.

20,000 gallons of gasoline sitting at that marina like ducks in a rain barrel waiting to be shot by porky pig? You’re kidding us right? Didn’t HOMELAND SECURITY give (you) $900,0000 to the owners of AP Marina to secure their access to that property which abuts a Federal bridge and Ocean waterway from terrorists? And the plastic beach Officials are dicking around for weeks about permeability of artificial turf on resident’s yards? Something is wrong here. Call the FEDS.
