   regarding items 2 and 3 on this list….aren’t PAC (Political Action Committee)donations against Belmar Borough regulations? The administrator and me were not allowed to take such donations last year from state assemblymen and senators. Belmar requires that the names of all donations be listed, and in a PAC no-one knows who made those contributions. But with donations of this size, I guess it is just as easy to accept the money, and use it to pay the fine it may generate…..level playing table, right.
