This couldn’t happen to a better blue state. Think of how happy and better off we will all be now. It’s almost like paradise. I was just burning my cash in the back yard but now I will give it to my badly in debt leftist state government. Thanks liberals. 🙂
Here come the Belmar Animal Houses again. Why would a Landlord pay 5% occupancy fee + 3% Airbnb + 7% tax + $175 CO fees to the town when those real estate agents who we all knew could get the big group rental prices for 3 months and only charge 10% fees?
That’s right, the little, “owner occupied Airbnb Host” taxpayers get it right in the neck for daring to make enough $ to cover their tax payments by renting out parts of their homes.
Real Estate Lobby had to jump into the 21st Century because of the sophisticated digital systems like Zillow and Airbnb.
Hell, Zillow and Airbnb were for the people. NAR is as strong as the NJEA. THANK your legislators if your neighborhood goes to pot again because of unscrupulous rentals . Amazon is watching.
