  6. I’m sorry to say it but Belmar has been ruined by Doherty, Magovern, Connolly and the rest of the council. I will light a candle for Belmar residents at church this Sunday.

Why aren’t the people on this site showing up at borough meeting and collectively bringing in reliable and verifiable facts to hold them responsible? There should be a link that organizes a group to meet take on the cause and then go in as a group to the monthly meeting and expedite an outcome. Or if you did this just on this site to organize facts then go to monthly meeting and maybe hand off data to the papers. Keep the data short and precise and take the emotional and name calling out of it.

Sounds like the Somerset SEA Advisor, from 4 years ago, telling adults how to act on this blog. What a joke.

#9 Yes you are right. I was referring to the new Boro hall/condo monstrosity for a referendum. There’s so many crazy things going on in town it’s hard to keep track.

just like the Marina Grill …. Belmar can create more ABC licenses for town owned property.

the proposed municipal complex store fronts on Main Street would be candidates

Admin- you can’t petition a change in state law but you can petition to have a town ordinance that limits the year round opening of these changed licenses.
