1026sq feet. That is a big difference from the 3200sq feet. that it is now. It also shows that the house was in foreclosure 3 times. WHAT. How is Ms.Keefe going to pay for the house now when she couldn’t pay for it before.
It’s not 3200 sq feet and please be reminded that there are now 6 people 3 adults and 3 children living in the house. And clearly as you can see it has been quite the struggle. Life is all about trial and tribulations we are working through it all and will continue to do so
The info I have is that the house is 2829 sq ft.
Maybe the mayor should hold a press conference with all parties involved,and give us some answers.There are too many questionable items with this “Home By Summer” fundraiser. If The Mayor,The Sperbers and Keefes and Contractors have nothing to hide come with the answers to the questions people are asking and deserve to know!

And after a week of being offered answers and reciepts and talk of having nothing to hide and blah,blah,blah.You see nothing was offered up from anyone except Ms.Sperber who seems to have ligit answers at least regarding her contractors and insurance funds.She unlike the other seems to have your story straight.You know everyone in question has been following this blog,Im sure of it,yet all I hear is crickets.Just making themself look worse!
I’m going to pull a Matt Doherty here and say that the “comments” section is for comments and not questions. Nobody should ever feel any sort of obligation to answer questions from commenters, self identified or anonymous.
Yes, Very understood. But then don’t offer them up!
