    Now now. I thought Taylor HAD to cost the people of Belmar over 5 million so that it was constructed and engineered so that kind of thing WOULD NOT happen! Kinda like the plastic still on the tower of safety building.

    That is impossible! Matt made it mandatory that only Union contractors could do Public work jobs in Belmar. So we got ripped off on Engineering and we over paid for Union contracting that both failed??

    looks like a job for the Fire Marshal and Construction Official …. if the building water freezes, the fire sprinklers won’t work …. if the sewer pipe freezes, the toilets won’t flush.
