I would not want an apartment next to the railroad, too much disruptive noise, unless I were hard of hearing. If I want “shake, rattle and roll”, I would listen to Oldies. And Belmar does not have a supermarket. Boooo…bad planning. This planning board is from another planet.
All anyone has to do is look at the council. Two teachers, a nice woman, (((Matt))), and a policeman. Not enough experience there to fill a thimble. Like I keep saying, bad is better than inexperience. At least with bad people, every so often their ideas correspond with reality. not so with inexperienced people.

With a 3 hour parking limit, the 10th Avenue project effectively kills NJ Transit rail commuting.
The affected commuters should park on Inlet Terrace and walk over to the train station.
Great idea, the inlet shuttler.

Why would anyone want an apartment next to train? Also, congested traffic
