It may be a thin week for the blog as internet service at the campground runs from almost non existent to non existent. There is also no cellphone service. (We use walkie talkies to keep in touch with each other.)
The Project’s new president, Matt Phillips has been at the site since last week and snapped this photo a few days ago:
This year promises to be the best Porcfest ever. This is because it is the first one to be held after achieving our goal last February of having 20,000 people take the Free State Project’s pledge, which is as follows:
I hereby state my solemn intent to move to the state of New Hampshire. Once there, I will exert the fullest practical effort toward the creation of a society in which the maximum role of government is the protection of individuals’ rights to life, liberty, and property.
I took the pledge in 2005. As of February, I and the other 20,000 signers have 5 years to move to New Hampshire and get to work.

NH boon, NJ loss.
I want all my friends, all my wife’s friends and family and my doctor, dentist and mechanic to come with us. All are the best.
It is wasn’t for my physical ails I would be with you Dave, but I will be heading for a southern climate. If Florida would take up the exact premise of NH that would be it. Of course any Caribbean Island also. Thing is you will always be welcome for a visit, you never know you may let me teach you how to Scuba dive, of course you’ll have to get a hair cut it scares the sharks!
At least Florida doesn’t have an income tax.
Happy Fathers Day and enjoy the Porcfest!
To Admin. & Family
