Eyewitness account:
Dave:
I thought Ed and Kenny did a fine job this morning. Basically, they focused on “blight” as allowing a municipality to designate an area, and the most recent definition NJ Supreme Court in that case Galletin vs….. Boro redevelopment atty Bill Northgrave argued that blight still exists since the pavilions have not been rebuilt…………….Judge Lawson’s decision will be forthcoming.*
Lawrence Lawson. Great name for a judge.

The Local Redevelopment and Housing Law is very prescriptive regarding notice….down to municipal employees by title.
I hope the good Judge picks-apart how this trash was ramrodded thru…
7th Avenue attorneys were well dressed and defended the public from the bad idea.
Boro attorney wore a rack suit and warned about Trenton pen strokes.
I wish Gene worked as a reporter for the Coast Star or better the APP. The truth but with real sense for making the mundane come alive. Beautifully edited. The only thing more racked than Nothgrave’s suit was his face and his
business-as-usual defense.
