The school has been contacted regarding the 404 Page Not Found message. The end of statement indicates sale of property while previously mentioned “partnership”? Any confirmation?

Maybe the new plans will include a gym that the St. Rose students can call there own. Free up the Borough gym for Belmar events.

I know how entitled they are, but if they don’t include a gym it’ll really take the cake.

OK, “multi-use building” does not scream four story condos. A gym and pool could be implied more reasonably as per the linked document. In my opinion, a multi level garage would be reasonable to enhance downtown business. Garage, yes, condos, no. But who is listening and reading except fear mongering Negative Nellies. Let us pray. Saint Rose, are you there? Rosary power, y’all.

Maybe the town should buy it and make it a parking lot.

Who is the god of parking? I will personally offer up a sacrifice if anyone wants to donate a fine car to the sacrificial altar.

#11- Your right. We could certainly use the extra tax money. Our fathers allegedly eliminated 11 positions and the payroll still went up 4 %. A wicked cycle. You need to increase the pay of your employees so they can afford the increase of property,………., due to the increases in pay. And round and round and round.

Maybe St. Rose can use the lot for PARKING so their students can stop taking all of the spaces in a 4 block radius. Also then maybe it will be the school’s problem when they get out of school and scream, yell, run around, and smoke god knows what acting like animals when school gets out. The charter school students in lake como are much better behaved when they get out.

#16 – Wow, who peed in your cornflakes?!?! I live a block from the high school, and have never seen such behavior. Occasionally, there is your basic teenage high jinks. As to the parking, the school has been there for decades. Maybe you should have considered that when you moved to your current home. I can only imagine what you think of the summer crowds!
