Shouldn’t It Be “THAN In The PREVIOUS” ?

Just got around to looking at this:nicolay

The flip side:nicolay flip

Of course aside from dutifully voting yes when called to, Nicolay had nothing to do with any of that.  But here’s the real kicker….only one of those properties IS EVEN PAYING PROPERTY TAX!

Can you guess which?

Just a little proof that she doesn’t pay attention to detail. Probably the same way she looks over resolutions and ordinances.

Sign ordinance: one sign per property, not allowed in area between sidewalk and curb. Many signs are illegally placed. Who would enforce that? Oh, never mind.

What! That pretty pinkie-challenge summer camp lady supported constructing buildings that do not pay school tax? I am confused. I thought she likes kids. I don’t like it here in Belmar, too many tricky people.

I’ve got to buy a leash for my imagination! I was visualizing Dave sitting in Nicolay’s dias chair at his first Mayor/Council meeting. Suddenly the Mayor leans over, as he often does during the public comments portion of the meeting, to whisper something to Nicolay and suddenly realizes its Dave sitting there! That’s a reaction I’d pay to see. Fortunately all I have to do is Vote for Dave and this fantasy moment may just play out next year.

#2 this statement about paying taxes is patriotic is what gives rise to stupid arguments. Nothing about paying taxes is patriotic. Taxes are the most evil invention know to man to steal from the people and have government waste it. Wake up man don’t be duped by government. God I hate statements like that!

Bill, if you read this, I was joking about paying higher taxes being patriotic. I should have finished up with, as Joe Biden famously said, paying higher taxes is patriotic. LOL
I was in rush to get to work to make money to pay higher taxes.
