Just another dumb law signed into law by another dumb man. Move along – nothing to see here.
Florida has 663 miles of free beaches, no problem with cigarette butts or liter.

Excellent move by Murphy. Cigarettes steal lives, of smokers and those exposed to second hand beach.
No one wants their lungs polluted while relaxing at the beach.
And the large fines ensure people will take this new law seriously. Less pollution on the beach and healthier air will result from the ban on cigarettes.

Well said Dave, but it doesn’t matter here. The people in control are first, those who’ve taken leave of their senses and those who need everything for their daily subsistence. Obviously, the second group aren’t about to elect any person advocating fiscal responsibility (they have zero money so what does fiscal responsibility mean to them?) and the first group are just made up of mental misfits. After all, who would be for policies that hurt them who aren’t mentally deranged?
