    Main Street curbcuts not shoveled…
Past two snow storms same … emailed DPW past snowstorms requesting curbcuts be shoveled 36 hours after it snowed.
Why do they have to be reminded? It is a no brainer…

Compare the elevation of the new pavilion electric service transformer at the corner of 6th & Ocean Avenues …. to the pavilion floor elevation …. the pavilion may survive a model flood …. but, it will be dark.

If you live on a street that doesn’t flood or your property was allowed to be built upon underground springs, should your insurance premium be the same as an owner who has property that floods and gets ground table water in their basements every rain event? How do you find out?

The DPW had its hands full working on the Pavilions. Work orders for beach utility funds will show where the work was scheduled.

#5 You have to read your policy asking a neighbor will not help you. The policies of today are not the same as the policies written 20 years ago. For example water damage, it depends how and where the water entered the home, you may have to get a rider to cover things that are not covered in the basic policy. Also, if you have a trampoline in your backyard you have no liability coverage.

#8, Thanks. What if you have lunatics renting for 3 months out of the year adjacent to your year round home?

    Same for crime stats?
