Crunched in a dining car booth, Monmouth County Republican Chairman Shaun Golden, Monmouth County Clerk Christine Hanlon, and Republican attorney Brian Nelson like their chances in McMansion-dominant Monmouth. Someone amid the jostling cars mentioned – with glee – the difficult time Belmar Mayor Matt Doherty – a Democratic candidate for freeholder – had trying to get bodies to a recent fundraiser.

Thanks for sharing Dave. I must admit that my cautious appreciation of both Hanlon and Golden has been short-lived. Sure you can compare that with my long-lived disapproval of Matthew J. Doherty but they all with Arnone and Rible end up in my circular file.
I know they don’t care BUT, I have two feet, quite a mouth and many friends. To quote our mayor last year, “enough is enough”/
