Transparently Opaque?

The New Jersey Government Records Council is having a meeting December 17 at which it will adjudicate a number of OPRA non-compliance complaints.  On the agenda is Jim Bean’s complaint about the refusal to provide information on Belmar’s gift card distribution and Ted Ehmann’s complaint about the stonewalling of his requests for information about the Ferreira wire transfers.  Both of those issues have been discussed at length on these pages but the list of cases set for adjudication reveals that Belmar is involved in a couple of other compliance disputes that I was unaware of:
