1. how many politicians will be drunk and stumbling around here and taking town owned vehicles or using the police to escort them home?
2. does this night open count toward their allotment of “special events” they are allowed to open
3. maybe our code enforcement and chief of police should attend and do a walk through, is it my assumption that the outdoor bar and bathrooms were never coded or approved, how is this allowed?
4. have the unsafe labor practices and unfair treatment of staff ever been discussed. I have heard many rumors of the owners verbally and physically abusing staff; but again money talks
5. where exactly are the “donations back to belmar” going? I bet they are going into the campaign fund of the politician in their pocket
Lets get real here. A lot of people who talk bad about D’jais will be there, getting their free food, discount drinks and then will talk bad on here. Just hope they have the decency to not grab food with their bare hands this year…
I’d love to see that fence sitting puppet code enforcement guy Frank Cincelli ever do his job like enforcing overcrowding, outside bars and porta potties. Yeah right.
Any Belmar resident that attends this charade is a class A sucker. The owners of D Jais don’t give a rats ass about this town or its citizens. They are interested in exploiting it for personal gain. That’s why their relationship w Doherty was so strong. Birds of a feather.
If a candidate proclaimed that they would not accept a penny from D Jais, they would not only get my vote but they’d get all my free time and support. We need a town leader tat hold D Jais to the same standards as everyone else.
#15- yes we all know what it means. D Jais spelled it wrong. That’s why we’re making fun of them. They profess to be such stewards of the town but they have such a low regard for us that they can’t even get something as simple as that right.

What the hell is a Belmarsian?
Maybe they asked Tom Dillberger how to spell it.

Belmartian – Martian – get it? D’Jais wants to appeal to locals but they don’t get it.
Why don’t they just say what we all know they mean:
Thanks for letting us poop on your lawn, here’s a free beer.
Won’t go. If I make it up the steps somebody will knock into me. That would be a diaster. So I’m staying home listening to all the noise around town.
#4 You have hit the nail right on the head! Sad.

None of them are allowed to take money from any liquor establishment by Belmar code.
#4 How sad that voters are bought with a few beers and a occasional free meal?
Wait…. The Mayor hiring the Holme band (owner of Djais) for his “Mayors Ball” isn’t a conflict??? Belmar is a JOKE !
Thank you admin. I guess the only people that don’t know that are D Jais and all the candidates.
D’Jais can operate anytime … for days outside the ‘season license’ … there are limits and fees
Belmarians: People who reside in the Borough of Belmar, beautiful sea!

Belmartians, Belmartians. All the freeloaders that hate Djais are the first in line!
They spelled it with an S for “SUCKERS”. Raking in the cash on your tax dollar.
